Delete your Nudgi Focus account

This page explains how Nudgi Focus users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Nudgi Focus and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile or settings screen.
  3. Choose delete account if the option is available.
  4. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and write "Delete my Nudgi Focus account" in the subject.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, Nudgi Focus deletes your account profile, authentication sessions, app usage records, app decision history, app challenge settings, challenged websites, feedback, and per-user AI usage logs.

Data kept

We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or aggregate analytics that no longer identifies you. Backup copies are removed on the normal backup rotation schedule, usually within 30 days.
